Riva Beachfront District

Riva Beachfront District is a modern coastal community on Al Mamsha, Hurghada's Touristic Promenade. It is jointly developed by EIT Developments and Spaces Developments and combines beachfront residences with resort-style leisure, retail and professional services.

The official master plan presents a 250-metre Red Sea shoreline, 70% sea views and 60% landscaping and water features. Residences are arranged to maximize natural light and coastal outlooks, while landscaped gardens, pedestrian-friendly walkways, pools, sun decks and public spaces connect the residential and social areas.

The official project page presents studios of 50 sqm, one-bedroom residences of 70 sqm, two-bedroom residences of 130 sqm and three-bedroom residences of 140 sqm. Facilities include direct beachfront access, pools and sun decks, a gym, spa and yoga spaces, kids area, dining, co-working spaces, shopping, lounges and 24/7 essential services with professional management.

Riva is approximately 10 minutes from Hurghada International Airport and Senzo Mall, 25 minutes from Sahl Hasheesh, 30 minutes from Soma Bay and Marassi Red Sea, and 35 minutes from El Gouna. Current CRM payment options are 15% down with equal installments over four years or 20% down over five years; both records include a 25% cash discount and a 10% maintenance fee.

Riva Beachfront District is under construction, with delivery scheduled for January 2028.
