Venecia Red Sea

Venecia Red Sea is a coastal residential community on Sahl Hasheesh Road, opposite Jasmine Palace in Hurghada. It is jointly developed by Moamen Romany Development and Aboud Group. The official project website reports that construction of the first phase has exceeded 90%.

The development comprises 480 carefully planned residences. Official layouts include ground-floor homes of 50 and 75 sqm, typical-floor homes of 50, 82 and 105 sqm, townhouses of 175 or 197 sqm, twin houses of 254 sqm, and stand-alone villas of 360 sqm. Selected house and villa layouts also include private gardens and roof terraces.

Facilities presented by the official project website include a 9,500 sqm aqua park, private swimming pools, landscaped areas, a gym, spa and Jacuzzi, an integrated commercial zone with a hypermarket, international brands, restaurants and cafes, smart entrances, free internet, parking, surveillance systems and professional security operating around the clock.

Venecia is approximately 10 minutes from Hurghada International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Hurghada. Current owner-entered CRM payment options are 10% down over three years, 20% over four years, 25% over five years or 30% over six years. All four records include a 33% cash discount and a 10% maintenance fee.

Venecia Red Sea is under construction, with first-phase delivery scheduled for December 2027.
