About Atlantis

Atlantis Resort is an under-construction residential, hospitality and commercial community beside El Mohamady Howaidak Square on Hadaba Road in El Hadaba, downtown Hurghada. Its official location is approximately five minutes from Hurghada International Airport and three minutes from both the Mamsha promenade and Sheraton Street.

The 41,500 sqm master plan assigns 40% to the building footprint and 60% to landscaping and communal areas. Its ground-floor and four-storey architecture combines a modern minimalist layout with castle-inspired towers and fortified forms.

The owner-entered inventory includes fully finished studios from 36 to 68 sqm, condos from 49 to 60 sqm, one-bedroom apartments from 68 to 106 sqm, two-bedroom apartments from 97 to 137 sqm and three-bedroom apartments from 143 to 215 sqm, together with selected lofts and two-level duplexes.

Officially advertised lifestyle facilities include resort-style swimming pools, restaurants and cafés, and a gym and fitness centre. The illustrated master plan also integrates hotel apartments, a hotel, commercial space and residential buildings in one destination. Phase one is scheduled for delivery on 30 September 2027.
