Homes include studios from 31 to 54 m², one-bedroom apartments from 48 to 75 m², and two-bedroom apartments from 80 to 103 m². Units are offered on the first through fourth floors, with panoramic or partial sea, pool, and street views.

Amenities include multiple heated and chilled swimming pools, an aqua park, beach services and water sports, landscaped areas, a clubhouse, gym and spa, restaurants and cafés, elevators, parking, 24/7 security, hotel and housekeeping services, laundry, property management, and a dedicated administration area.

Marvento is under construction with delivery scheduled for January 2029. Confirmed payment options are 10% down over four years, 15% down over five years, or 20% down over five years. Each plan includes a 25% cash-payment discount and a 10% lifetime maintenance fee payable upon delivery.
