Storia del Mare is a final-stage, under-construction seafront residential development in central Hurghada. It is approximately two minutes on foot from City Center Mall, five minutes from Hurghada city centre, 15 minutes from Hurghada International Airport and 20 minutes from El Gouna.

The official 10,500 sqm master plan assigns 60% to the building footprint and 40% to landscaped space. Castello Development states that 97% of the homes are designed with unobstructed Red Sea views, combining central-city convenience with direct access to a private beach.

The owner-entered inventory includes fully finished studios from 42 to 54 sqm, one-bedroom apartments from 57 to 91 sqm, two-bedroom apartments from 94 to 131 sqm and three-bedroom apartments from 105 to 147 sqm.

Officially advertised amenities include three swimming pools, landscaped green areas, a private beach, health club, gym, cafés and restaurants, parking and 24/7 security.

Project handover is officially stated as Q4 2026 and recorded as 31 December 2026. Castello also advertises immediate-delivery availability depending on the selected unit and ownership plan. The default plan is 30% down with the balance over two years; other detailed options are 50% down over one year with a 10% discount or cash payment with a 20% discount. A 10% maintenance fee is payable upon delivery.
