About Ledge Valley

Ledge Valley is a waterfront neighbourhood within Makadi Heights, in the heart of Makadi Bay, Hurghada, offering 274 homes ranging from 75 to 133 m², from lagoon chalets and lofts to duplexes and penthouses. Designed by Innovation Design Studio and inspired by nature's colours and forms, its architecture pairs arches, stepped terraces and pergolas with terracotta, sand and soft blue façades. What sets it apart is water: many homes open onto private floating decks that extend directly over the lagoons.

Planned by Die Stadt, the 91,049 m² site has a building footprint of 15,000 m², leaving about 84% of the land open. Two winding lagoons curve through the neighbourhood around a landscaped island, framed by low-rise buildings, tree-lined streets and garden promenades. Homes belong to two collections: the Island Collection, set along the water, and the Valley Collection, which combines lagoon duplexes with garden chalets and penthouses.

Life at Ledge Valley Makadi Heights is designed to slow down. Lagoon terraces become breakfast spots, lush greenery and valley-inspired landscaping bring calm between buildings, and generous terraces and roof terraces invite long evenings outdoors. The water stays in view from decks, gardens and walking paths that thread through the valley.
